Job Description
As a Summer Seasonal Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our dining room. Your duties will include:
  1. Knowledge of our restaurant products, menus, and promotions
  2. Taking orders, answering menu and beverage-related inquiries, and explaining daily features
  3. Presentation of food with attention to detail before delivering it to guests
  4. Delivery of food and beverages to tables in the dining room
  5. Processing bills and taking payment
  6. Providing the highest quality of service at all times
  7. Clearing, setting, polishing, and cleaning tables, glassware, and utensils
  8. Preparing the dining room and service stands before, after, and during each service

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in English, able to commit to a seasonal contract, and flexible in scheduling to meet business levels. You should also be highly self-motivated, with a can-do attitude that drives excellence and teamwork skills. A minimum of one year of serving or bartending experience is required, along with a valid ProServe certification or equivalent.
