What Does the Role Entail?
This is a hands-on business internship where you'll manage the operations and marketing of a residential home service business during the Summer 2025 season. It's a challenge—but one packed with opportunities to:

Your Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and lead a team of two.
- Manage daily operations of a home servicing business in your region.
- Oversee and perform services like window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power-washing.
- Generate customers through door-to-door sales, referrals, social media, and digital marketing.
- Ensure customer payments are collected and submitted.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Participate in coaching sessions and skill-building meetings.

Compensation:
