We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Concord Apartments. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as preparing and submitting reports. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule events, programs, and activities
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
