Maintenance Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Lead to join our team at the Strategy Recruitment Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of a busy manufacturing facility and leading a team of maintenance staff.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with experience in industrial maintenance. As a Maintenance Operations Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the installation, take apart, and move of stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
You will work closely with internal departments and provide guidance to onsite contractors. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
- Provide guidance to onsite contractors to ensure high-quality work.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Millwright or electrical ticket is an asset.
- Experience with industrial manufacturing and/or Food, CPG industry preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
As a Maintenance Operations Lead, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
