Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at PREMIUM MAINTENANCE SERVICES LTD.
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including office buildings, industrial facilities, and other locations. Your primary duties will include:
Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust buildup and ensure a healthy atmosphere.
- Vacuum carpets, area rugs, drapes, and upholstered furniture to keep our spaces tidy and well-maintained.
- Make beds and change sheets in guest rooms and residential areas to provide a comfortable and hygienic experience for our clients.
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure that our guests have everything they need during their stay.
- Stock linen closets with fresh linens and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Disinfect operating rooms and other areas where medical procedures are performed.
- Clean and disinfect elevators to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
- Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that our guests' personal belongings are accounted for.
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide basic information on facilities to help our guests navigate our properties.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene to promote independence and dignity.
- Launder clothing and household linens to provide clean and fresh linens for our clients.
- Mend clothing and linens to repair damaged or torn items.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Shop for food and household supplies to stock our pantries and storage areas.
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a sparkling clean appearance.
- Clean changing rooms and showers to provide a safe and hygienic environment for our clients.
In addition to your cleaning and maintenance duties, you will also be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Handling heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Overtime required to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including dental and healthcare plans.
