Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer plans to drive sales growth and revenue
- Influence new and profitable sales volume with key foodservice distributors and further processors
- Participate in sales and foodservice meetings and planning sessions
- Deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
- Manage customer rebates and discounts, pricing, receivables, and deductions
- Provide regular reporting to the Director, National Food Service Sales
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in bakery and/or food service sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You should have a deep understanding of the bakery segment and bakery distribution, as well as knowledge of CDC and component pricing. A post-secondary degree or diploma in a field related to business administration is preferred.
