About This Role

The IDP Project Manager will lead and deliver complex projects leveraging Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and other technologies to drive efficiency for CPB Operations.

This role will incorporate feedback from stakeholders into the backlog, compile performance metrics, and share with stakeholders.

Main Objectives

  • Navigate executive audiences to obtain alignment and direction.
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control.
  • Work autonomously and guide others within your area of expertise.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the team.
  • Lead and develop relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of Product Owner experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows and system integration.
  • Proven experience with document processing technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent and able to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strategic thinking and execution with speed.
  • Experience in Agile delivery is an asset.
