Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team in a hybrid role that combines on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business management and tax processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including record-keeping, correspondence, and scheduling client meetings.
  • Assist with tax-related activities, gathering and organizing client documents for timely submission of tax filings.
  • Support basic accounting tasks, such as processing expenses, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining financial records.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and other client-related documentation as required.
  • Contribute to process improvements, streamlining administrative procedures and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a client administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • A strong understanding of business management and tax processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
