At Estiatorio Milos, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Selection: Assist guests in selecting menu items, present menus, and have thorough knowledge of ingredients and allergens.
  • Guest Requests: Identify special requests, address dietary restrictions, and submit orders to the bar and kitchen.
  • Table Maintenance: Oversee table maintenance, coordinate with FOH/BOH staff during service, and ensure guest requests are handled promptly and courteously.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with management and team members regarding guest needs, comments, or incidents.
  • Service Techniques: Exhibit proper knowledge, service techniques, and delivery of food and beverage offerings.
  • Menu Knowledge: Stay updated on all menu items, preparation, and ingredients of all dishes.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to all guests.
  • Teamwork: Be ready and willing to assist fellow team members as needed.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in an upscale dining environment.
  • Cuisine Knowledge: Understanding of Mediterranean cuisine, wines, and cocktails.
  • POS Systems: Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Exhibits customer-centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Team-Oriented Approach: Demonstrates warm, friendly, and positive, team-oriented approach.

Annual Salary range: 90k - 110k
