About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team at Country Village LTC in Woodslee, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of residents.
  • Support and work with colleagues to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • PSW Program Certificate or Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Passion for providing quality care and a commitment to resident-centered care.
  • Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
