Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Canning's Personal Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Participate in recreational activities and outings with residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
