Lawtons is seeking a skilled and compassionate pharmacist to join our team in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused pharmacist to provide exceptional care to our patients. As a member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing patient-centered care and counseling on medication therapy
  • Initiating care plans and following up with patients
  • Participating in professional programs and collaborating with colleagues to provide excellence in health & wellness services
  • Ensuring prescription safety and prioritizing technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required
  • Maintaining current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends/developments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility
  • Injection and First Aid Certification
  • Kroll software experience is preferred
