Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations and airline procedures
  • Operate ground service equipment and drive vehicles safely
  • Marshall and wing-walk aircraft to the gate
  • Sort, load, and offload guest baggage according to load plans
  • Deliver baggage to the claim area and unload it onto the conveyor system
  • Service aircraft water and lavatories
  • Inspect ramp areas for debris and remove/dispose of it when found
  • Groom aircraft, cleaning the cabin, galleys, and lavatories, and restocking lavatory supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, crouch, kneel, and push/pull for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs/32kgs consistently
  • Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Ability to wear safety gear, including steel toe boots, reflective vests, and hearing protection
  • Meet all conditions of employment, including a Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada, a clean driver's abstract, and a valid driver's license
