Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.



Responsibilities

  2. Lead a team of food service staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  4. Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  5. Prepare and manage inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  6. Monitor and control food costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards.
  7. Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  8. Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.


Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.


Work Environment

Tim Hortons is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a coffee shop or restaurant setting, interacting with customers and colleagues, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
