About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding position within our multidisciplinary team at Health Sciences Centre. As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to patients in their daily lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Clerical Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to maintain efficient communication within the unit.">
  • Patient Care: Assist with tasks that enhance patient comfort and cleanliness of the area, adapting to varying occupancy and shift demands.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess basic keyboarding skills, an excellent command of English (oral and written), and general skills to perform all tasks relevant to the position. Prior related work experience is preferred, but not mandatory. A high school education meeting Manitoba standards and successful completion of a Nursing Assistant program or equivalent are required.

A competitive salary range of $39,999 - $59,999 per annum, commensurate with experience, and benefits that include comprehensive health coverage, pension plan, and paid time off.
