Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Database Developer to play a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our database systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop database systems, including data modeling, database schema, and data warehousing.
  • Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers to ensure data consistency and performance.
  • Optimize database performance by analyzing queries and applying improvements.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization tools, such as reports and dashboards, to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 6 years' experience in database development and administration, with a strong background in SQL Server.
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL, VBA, VB Script, SharePoint, Power BI, ODBC, and SSIS.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the print manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
