Pharmacist Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our customers. Your expertise and professionalism will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation and guidance to customers and healthcare providers on medication and health-related matters.
  • Practice to full scope in providing professional services, dispensing medication, and maintaining the dispensary.
  • Manage the operations of the Pharmacy, including workflow and inventory management.
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed.
  • Communicate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless customer care.
Requirements:
  • Independent thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans.
  • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Pharmacy systems.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
