About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Assortment Planning team as an Assortment Optimization Specialist.


This is a full-time position located at our head office in Boucherville, Quebec.


Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, market trends, and product performance to identify opportunities for assortment optimization.


This role will involve close collaboration with merchandisers to understand category needs and objectives, as well as developing expertise in assigned areas of the assortment planning process.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.


You should also possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.


Additionally, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.

Compensation


The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
