About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assortment Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Assortment Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting merchandisers in their category reviews, analyzing sales data, market trends, and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with merchandisers to understand category needs and objectives.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize assortment and improve sales.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to inform merchandisers and management.
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions on assortment strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Clear communication and effective presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
