Are you passionate about creating engaging and safe outdoor experiences for children and adults alike? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Challenge Course Manager to join our team at Ontario Camps Association.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement challenge course programs that promote teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.
- Provide training and guidance to outdoor education staff on challenge course activities and safety protocols.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of challenge course equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with the outdoor education team to design and deliver programs that meet the needs of our clients.
- Monitor and report on program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in challenge course management or a related field.
- Level 2 certification from a challenge course professional trainer or equivalent.
- Current certification in Standard First Aid and CPR C.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
