About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to take on a leadership role, overseeing the delivery of care and services to residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and evaluating operations and clinical programs, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality care and patient safety.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners to ensure resident-centered care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements

  • Current unrestricted certificate of competence as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Experience in Long Term Care or gerontology.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
