About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Elizz, a leading healthcare provider in Canada. As a PSW, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care to clients with diverse needs in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes and communities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
  • Current First Aid (Standard) / CPR Certificate (Level C)
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Current immunization record, including a TB test completed within the past 12 months
  • Current vulnerable sector check screening
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
