Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Lin Qian. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or safety concerns
Requirements:
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
