Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Solutions Expert Inc. in Canada.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field and be willing to relocate for the role.
This is a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Willingness to relocate.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Free parking available.
- Learning/training paid by employer.
- Parking available.
- 35 hours of work per week.
This is a hybrid workplace with a mix of remote and in-office work.
