Key Responsibilities- Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Design and develop information systems business solutions using various technologies, including COBOL, Java, SQL, and Oracle.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality products.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Apply quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
- Analyze technical documents and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address those areas.
- Code information collected and enter data into databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in business systems analysis and development.
- Strong knowledge of COBOL, Java, SQL, and Oracle.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
