We partner with various Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes by providing consulting Dietitian and Nutrition Management services to support them in delivering exceptional care to their Residents.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and monitoring nutrition and hydration risks for all Residents, conducting scheduled RAI-MDS assessments, and developing, evaluating, and modifying nutritional care plans.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Dietitian required
  • Member in good standing of the College of Dietitians of Ontario
  • Proof of COVID vaccine, liability insurance, TB testing, and vulnerable sector police check required
  • Membership in Dietitians of Canada – Gerontology Network an asset
  • Preference given to applicants with experience in Long Term Care
