Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automatic Door System Specialist to join our team at Emkay Network Security Inc. as a Door Installation and Service Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing automatic door systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain automatic door systems, including aluminum windows and doors, in various locations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring professionalism and a high level of satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Invoicing: Document and prepare invoices and work orders for clients.
  • Supply Management: Manage and maintain work materials and supplies, including hand tools and equipment.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise other workers and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate hand and power tools, read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and work at heights.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Various locations, outdoors, and at heights.
  • Work Setting: Installation, repair, rural area, and urban area.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Hand tools, steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and cellular phone.
Security and Safety
  • Driving Record: Driving record check (abstract).
  • Transportation/Travel: Own vehicle, vehicle supplied by employer, and willingness to travel.
