About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Enterprise Analytics. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business solutions that drive strategic growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Design and implement information systems business solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure optimal business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting firm or enterprise analytics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira, Machine Learning, Enterprise Applications Integration (EAI), mapping and data visualization software, database software, and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Initiative, judgement, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
  • Permanent full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency required.
