About This Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Docebo, a leading provider of AI-powered learning solutions. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their learning goals by designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and implement learning solutions that integrate with our customers' existing systems and technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective.
  • Work closely with our product team to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback on our solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, with a focus on learning management systems or related technologies.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with web technologies, APIs, and data integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
