At Selectpath Benefits & Financial Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support to our clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group benefits administration, with experience in managing data, reporting, and analysis related to group benefits products. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and internal teams.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing administrative tasks such as drafting client correspondence, maintaining files, and updating databases;
  • Providing support to the Practice Advisor and clients by managing data, reporting, and analysis related to group benefits products;
  • Collaborating with Benefits Associates and Advisors to enhance the client experience;

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A working knowledge of group benefits, with experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems;
  • Advanced knowledge and application of MS suite of products;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights to stakeholders;
