Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Yellowknife Physiotherapy. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of information.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate staff member or area.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients and visitors, including answering phone calls and relaying messages.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our services and policies to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a reception or customer service role an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
