About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Silver Time. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Identify, recruit, and train top talent to join our sales team.
  • Authorize Payments: Oversee the authorization of payments by cheque, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the ordering of merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the sales team, ensuring adequate coverage and productivity.
  • Sell Merchandise: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Organize Inventory: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and optimal stock levels.
  • Manage Cash: Supervise the management of cash, ensuring accurate and secure handling.
  • Oversee Payroll Administration: Coordinate payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
