Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and disability insurance, as well as opportunities for career advancement within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; however, we prefer candidates with some post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail are essential.

Work Environment
