Job Summary

Bouchier is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to support our camp dorm renovation project at the Cenovus Sunrise Site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing piping systems, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine piping layouts.
  • Install underground and above-ground piping, fittings, and pressure gauges.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and training requirements for NG systems.
  • Locate and mark pipe connections and passage holes in walls.
  • Measure and cut pipes using hand and power tools.
  • Thread and join pipes using couplings.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Prepare cost estimates and receive work orders.
Requirements
  • Red Seal or Alberta certified Journeyman Plumber certificate.
  • Journeyman Gas Fitter Class A or B is an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • CSTS and OSSA Regional Orientation or OSSA BSO certification.
  • Proficiency in threading techniques and ability to interpret blueprints.
  • Minimum three years of experience in an oilfield industrial environment.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
