Business Information Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Information Security Officer to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for aligning our information security strategy with the business objectives of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance security requirements with business goals.
- Participate in technical exchanges with risk management, incident management, vulnerability management, and security awareness programs.
- Present cybersecurity risks and progress reports to business leaders using advanced metrics and analyses.
- Facilitate strategic decision-making by considering security threats and risks.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity standards tailored to each business line.
- Play a key role in developing the cross-organizational strategy for cybersecurity.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in information technology (5-10 years).
- Experience in a senior role directly related to cybersecurity (5-10 years).
- Excellent leadership and influence skills, as well as communication and synthesis abilities.
- Sharp political acumen and strong skills in building and maintaining business relationships.
