Business Information Security Officer

Join National Bank as a Business Information Security Officer and play a key role in shaping the bank's cybersecurity strategy. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for aligning information security with business objectives and collaborating with various teams to balance security requirements with strategic business goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement information security strategies tailored to each business line, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, and provide informed advice on cybersecurity threats.
- Present cybersecurity risks and progress reports to business leaders using advanced metrics and analyses.
- Facilitate strategic decision-making by considering security threats and risks, and providing recommendations for mitigation.
- Establish partnerships with business units to understand their objectives, identify security risks, and develop strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement cybersecurity standards, proposing innovative solutions that meet business needs while adhering to security requirements.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a hybrid work environment and flexible schedule. As a Business Information Security Officer, you will be part of a team of over 2,300 experts who work collaboratively to seize opportunities and stay at the forefront of technology.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in the field.
- Significant experience in information technology (5-10 years) and a senior role directly related to cybersecurity (5-10 years).
- Excellent leadership and influence skills, as well as communication and synthesis abilities.
- Sharp political acumen and strong skills in building and maintaining business relationships.
