Gas Station Manager

K2 MART BELLEVILLE is seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
- Hire and Train: Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are sold in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
