Our Team

As a member of our Personal Banking and Small Business team, you will work in a dynamic banking center where you will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients. As a Financial Services Representative, you will foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial goals and objectives, provide personalized service, and recommend products and solutions that will help them achieve financial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement - Meet with clients to understand their priorities, provide guidance on possible solutions, and establish a long-term financial plan. Utilize your knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and asset protection to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Relationship Building - Participate in marketing and outreach activities to demonstrate to clients that their community and customer relationships are valued. Expand your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate with others to connect clients with the right people and opportunities.
  • Technology Expertise - Become a specialist in our banking technologies. Share your knowledge with clients to help them better manage their banking needs.

  • Professional Certification - You have a current and up-to-date certification in mutual funds (successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course or the Canadian Investment Funds Course).
  • Experience - You have at least one year of experience in client-facing roles and sales performance. Previous banking experience in a similar role is an asset.
