Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
