Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Watermark Beach Resort. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Disinfection and Polishing: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, and energy.
  • Experience: Willingness to train.
Work Conditions:

This is a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
