Job DescriptionThis Strategic Development Program Trainee role involves progressing through a 3-phased program to gain comprehensive knowledge of our business, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more. Key responsibilities include:
Phase 1: Warehouse LogisticsLeverage your skills to learn our products, understand sales support, and master warehouse logistics. Work closely with our Warehouse team during a complete construction season to develop expertise in this area.
Phase 2: Inside Sales/Project ManagementElevate your career by transitioning from customer support to managing small to large-scale projects. Collaborate with our Bull Pen team for another construction season to become proficient in project management.
Phase 3: Outside Sales/Account ManagementPursue new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with customers and vendors. Continue growing and developing as you work alongside Outside Account Managers to expand our business.
Phase 4: Achieving Your DreamsWith this comprehensive training, you'll be prepared for a fulfilling career at Norwood Waterworks or within the EMCO Corporation. Choose to continue as an Outside Account Manager or explore other roles that align with your passions.
