Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and construction of outdoor spaces, including hiring and supervising staff, resolving work problems, and maintaining work records.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Provide technical advice to staff to increase the value and functionality of properties.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
- Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including installation of hardscapes and softscapes.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
