Guide and manage a team of QA Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and growth.

Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies

Review and analyze system specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with development, product management, and operations teams to ensure alignment on quality goals.

Oversee Testing Efforts

Oversee the execution of test cases (both manual and automated) and analyze results to ensure they meet the required standards.

Evaluate Product Code

Evaluate product code according to specifications and ensure all defects are identified and addressed promptly.

Manage QA Process

Manage the QA process for post-release/post-implementation testing, ensuring any issues are quickly identified and corrected.

Drive Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement in the QA process, including the adoption of new tools, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements
  • 5+ Years of QA Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.

Strong QA Methodologies

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.

Agile Experience

Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead QA efforts in an Agile environment.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
