About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal QA Automation Developer & Team Lead to join our QA team at reha team Busch GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through automation and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with our product teams to provide input on application specification reviews and architectural design sessions.
  • Identify testing strategies for various features and functionalities.
  • Develop an understanding of how to deliver high-performing software at a pace of development.
  • Configure and monitor apps in production.
Tech Stack

We use a range of technologies, including Selenium, TestNG, Gatling, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Java, Git, and SQL.
