Senior Scrum Master Opportunity at Pixsense

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Pixsense. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for guiding our development team and Product Owner in the effective implementation of Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide the development team in the effective implementation of Scrum principles and practices.
  • Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders and support the team in delivering planned increment objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the flow of delivered value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent in IT.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the field of information technology.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Advanced Scrum certification (A-CSM, CSP-SM) would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and motivate the team.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methods and Scrum.
