Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza of Canada. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu items.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality control to ensure our food and service meet customer expectations.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Experience:
  • Will Train: We are willing to train the right candidate for this role.
  • Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule.
  • English Language: Fluency in English is required for this role.
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
