As a Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead at Dominos Pizza of Canada, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing methods to meet work schedules and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns and establishing work schedules

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
  • Supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns and establishing work schedules

As a Culinary Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary staff and ensuring that our restaurant's food quality and presentation meet our high standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
