Job Title: Bilingual Training and Education Specialist

Community Addiction Peer Support Association (CAPSA) is seeking a dynamic and skilled Bilingual Training and Education Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of programs and initiatives that promote education and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver education and training to organizations and groups, ensuring effectiveness and engagement.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve program content and delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with leadership and CAPSA staff to develop new trainings and training materials.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure coordination of education and training activities.
  • Identify new opportunities to engage with and respond to the needs of partners, stakeholders, and healthcare/private systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual French/English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
