Community Addiction Peer Support Association is seeking a dynamic and skilled Bilingual Training and Education Specialist to create and implement programs and initiatives that promote education and training to organizations and groups. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a related field, or a combination of education and experience, and be bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include delivering education and training to organizations and groups, evaluating and continuously improving program content and delivery methods, collaborating with leadership and CAPSA staff to develop new trainings and training materials, and liaising with team members to ensure coordination of education and training activities. The successful candidate will be able to identify new opportunities to engage with and respond to the needs of partners, stakeholders, and healthcare/private systems, and monitor and evaluate progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
