Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of HVAC systems on high-profile projects, including those for NASA, Google, Harvard, Coca-Cola, and the US Army.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret project specifications, mechanical plans, and electrical & control schematics;
  • Select mechanical components such as fans, heat exchangers, cooling and heating components;
  • Prepare submittal drawing requests for the appropriate department and coordinate Kick Off Submittal Meetings to meet specified mechanical, refrigeration, and control features;
  • Confirm project timelines in collaboration with the factory and sales department;
  • Confirm final estimations based on required supplier quotations, ensuring project costs match sales and estimation quotations;
  • Schedule delivery dates with Order Desk and ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Coordinate with engineers and sales teams until project submittals are approved;
  • Prepare release packages, assemble all final estimates and supplier quotations, and deliver completed projects within deadlines;

Requirements

  • A technical school diploma in Building Systems Technology or related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC-related roles;
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Functional French language skills (asset);
  • Mandatory English fluency, as primary client interactions will involve American clients;

Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
